EQUIPP® Refresh Notice: September 15, 2023

The latest dataset was made available in EQUIPP® as of September 15, 2023. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from February 1, 2023 through July 31, 2023.

NEW! Enhanced Services Data Update:  

• NEW! Year-End Adherence Monitoring Program-   Beginning Friday, September 1st, eligible patient opportunities will be displayed within the Enhanced Services page of EQUIPP for participating pharmacies. Pharmacies will be eligible to receive incentive payments for documented patient interventions leading to adjudicated pharmacy claims that will support an identified patient in achieving adherence by the end of the year. Patient opportunities are expected to be updated weekly in EQUIPP. 
• Enhanced Services Resources-   PQS and health plan partners will continue to support blood pressure and A1C data collection services to be performed in the pharmacy. Because of this, there are several resources available related to each program’s description, available incentives to the pharmacy, and improving patient health outcomes. The resources can be found in our  Knowledge Base  accessible to all end users through Support in EQUIPP. 

NEW! Outlier Designation Filtering Capability:   Users now have the ability to filter patients by designation in the outlier screen. It will appear as the far right filter and may require you to use the purple bar to scroll horizontally for visibility.
