EQUIPP® Refresh Notice: October 13, 2023

The latest dataset was made available in EQUIPP® as of October 13, 2023. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from March 1, 2023 through August 31, 2023.

Enhanced Services: 

PQS and health plan partners will continue to support blood pressure and A1C data collection services to be performed in the pharmacy. PQS is hosting opportunities in the EQUIPP platform for year-end adherence monitoring to impact patients meeting the therapeutic intent in adherence measures.
