EQUIPP® Refresh Notice: June 7, 2024

The latest dataset was made available in EQUIPP® as of June 7, 2024. This dataset now includes 6-month performance information based off of prescription drug claims from October 1, 2023 through April 30, 2024.

NEW! Enhanced Services Update

 

During the May EQUIPP Refresh, updates were made to the EQUIPP platform for revenue-generating patient care opportunities. Enhanced Services will continue to host opportunities in the June EQUIPP Refresh, with the addition of Controlling Blood Pressure (CBP) Program and Hemoglobin A1c testing in the pharmacy.  Participating pharmacies will see the bullseye in the left navigation bar of their EQUIPP dashboard. The goal is to document and complete the targeted intervention by the date displayed. Additional resources on the program can be found via Knowledge Base.  

 

Notes and Reminders:

  • The Enhanced Services tab in EQUIPP is only visible for pharmacy-affiliated accounts and is not viewable for corporate or field management accounts. Your EQUIPP Account Manager and our Engagement Specialists will provide reporting that includes opportunities available and documented by pharmacies.  

  • Q2 Check-Ins: pharmacies participating in the Longitudinal Adherence Monitoring Program (LAMP) have until June 30 to complete documentation for their Q2 check-ins! Pharmacies can follow the steps above to access these opportunities and complete these documented actions. 

  • CBP/A1C Opportunities: Eligible pharmacies with opportunities should expect CBP and A1C opportunities to be available on Friday, June 21. Access these opportunities via the Enhanced Services tab in EQUIPP.
