New! Enhanced Services Update
Participating pharmacies will see the bullseye in the left navigation bar of EQUIPP. Within the Enhanced Services tab, pharmacies may earn reimbursement for completing documentation for the opportunities presented. The following programs are displayed:
Longitudinal Adherence Monitoring Program (LAMP) – Beginning October 1, Final Fill opportunities will begin to display within Enhanced Services with an updated ‘End Date’ header for pharmacies to complete the intervention for eligible patients. After this date, this intervention for payment will no longer be available. The goal of this program is for pharmacies to earn revenue for engagement and patients achieving their adherence outcomes.
New! Hemoglobin A1c – This program started to display in EQUIPP on Friday, September 27. Patients who are eligible can complete an A1c test in the pharmacy and have those values documented within EQUIPP for pharmacies to earn a bonus for each completed engagement. These opportunities must be completed by the end of the year to receive an incentive payment.
Controlling Blood Pressure (CBP) –Eligible pharmacies will see patients displayed within Enhanced Services who need a blood pressure reading documented. An electronic reading must be conducted, documented, and the patient educated if needed while in the pharmacy. These opportunities must be completed by the end of the year to receive an incentive payment.
UHC Medicaid P4P –A pay-for-performance program where patients must be adherent by year end in the Proportion of Days Covered (PDC) measure they’re attributed to. Engagement documentation for these patients within EQUIPP must be done at least twice to be eligible for payment.
Additional resources on the program can be found via Knowledge Base.
NOTE: The Enhanced Services tab in EQUIPP is only visible for pharmacy-affiliated accounts and is not viewable for corporate or field management accounts. Your EQUIPP Account Manager and our Engagement Specialists will provide reporting that includes opportunities available and documented by pharmacies.
