Hi EQUIPP® users,
We are thrilled to have you experience the next evolution of EQUIPP®. We want to fully support you in the transition to the new EQUIPP® application. Your organization may offer sign in capabilities through your company web portal.
How to login for the first time in new EQUIPP® using your organization's single sign on process:
- Please navigate to your organization's web portal or dashboard.
- Log in using the same username and password as if accessing the original EQUIPP®.
- Welcome to the new EQUIPP® Dashboard!
For any issues logging in or other support issues, please report them to PQS customer service at support@pharmacyquality.com or log a ticket through the "Submit a Log In Request" section.
If your company does not offer Single Sign On (SSO) at this time, please refer to the following Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) instructions.
